
“One weekend you can be enough to get rid of the pounds that are stressing you”, promises Max Tomlinson, famous nutritionist and naturopath in England. According to him it is possible to lose weight fast. How will you manage to do that? By eliminating the food that causes bloating.
The first day
• Morning, as soon as you get out of bed drink a glass of hot water (as hot as you can take it), to which you add the juice of a lemon and a teaspoon of fresh grated ginger root.
• For breakfast: drink 250 ml of fruit juice or fresh vegetables (one or the other). Avoid fruit mixed with vegetables, because you risk bloating.
• A snack at 10.00: Limit yourself only to an herbal tea, unsweetened.
• At lunch you can enjoy a bowl of brown rice, well cooked and seasoned with a teaspoon of sesame seeds.
• For the afternoon snack: drink dandelion tea, herb known for its diuretic properties.
• For dinner: Boil one potato, two carrots, a peeled beet and sliced onion and celery, peppers and spices (such as thyme and marjoram) in plenty of water for one hour. When they are cooked, pass everything through a sieve, crushing the vegetables. You get a soup-cream mixture, which is good to drink cold.
The second day
• Morning: the same as the previous day.
• For breakfast: eat a medium size mango and half a papaya. Cut fruit pieces in a bowl and spray them with lime juice (you can use regular lemon).
• Snack at 10.00: an herbal tea.
• At lunch you can eat at least three kinds of vegetables cooked in steam and brown rice boiled in water.
• Afternoon: drink dandelion tea.
• Evening: the same type of food as the day before.
The best weight loss tip I can give you for this kind of rapid weight loss diet is: do not over do it. 2 days a week are more than enough.
